eTalent is small but growing fast.
Our team is committed to our product and its capabilities and they want the world to know about it.
We thought we would start by telling you a bit about each team member.
Meet Nik
Nik, tell us about your role in the business:
I guess there's no other way to put this – I'm the boss! But, I am also in charge of R&D and International Business Development – that's managing our international expansion. I also like to keep in touch with all of our customers to make sure they are happy.
How did you come up with the concept?
It became clear to me that currently available psychometric tools were not fit for purpose when applied to the recruitment process, in terms of the assessments themselves, the way they were delivered, and the price per assessment pricing structure in the industry. eTalent has changed all that and we will continue to innovate.
What’s your business background?
I spent most of my early business career in the corporate world and travelled the world searching for acquisitions and Joint Venture opportunities for a large Scottish conglomerate. I then became the UK distributor for two American psychometric assessment publishers before setting up eTalent.
Tell us something about yourself that isn't work related:
I'm a rugby and F1 fan and, when I can get away, I love to take my 1928 Austin Seven on Hillclimbs and Hill Trials.
